Fees and Payment Schedules

The first installment is due 48 hours after a player is named to a team.  Failure to pay the first installment will result in forfeiture of a player’s spot on the team and that spot may be filled with another player.
 
***$100 late fee applied if not paid in full by August 1^st, 2012***
 
Multiple-child discount of $100 taken off second player, $150 taken off third (or higher) player. (to qualify for discount all players must be registered at the same time)
 
The GYHA travel season starts September 2012. Practice/Conditioning sessions before September, may require an additional fee.  The above fee covers the cost of the season.  Tournaments, travel (including hotel accommodations and transportation) and extra ice are additional.

Any players not paid in full by August 15^th will NOT be permitted on the ice and may not be rostered on a GYHA team.
